Club Council 2021-2022

This event serves to start a dialogue between leadership and Monta Vista clubs. We will inform existing clubs about changes to rules and standards due to COVID-19 and reinstate club policies. We will also explain Stars and Strikes, Club Info Day, and meeting minutes. At least one representative from each club is required to attend and failure to do so will result in a strike. This is a mandatory meeting as it gives a great deal of important information regarding the first few months of school.

Clubs will be encouraged to participate to promote their club during this event. They will provide general information regarding their club in the form of a poster and allow students to sign up.
Leadership Council
Every other Tuesday
Leadership Councils are held every other Tuesday to review motions sent in by clubs. Please submit motions to nicholashsiehasb@gmail.com at 8 PM a day before a Council Meeting.

Example:
Chipotle Fundraiser: Nicholas Hsieh (ASB Exec)
Motion: To hold a Chipotle Fundraiser on Monday, October 8th, from 5pm to 9pm. The Fundraiser will take place at 10385 S De Anza Blvd, Cupertino, CA 95014. 10% of all purchases with a flyer image presented will be donated to ASB. Our advisor, Ms. Smith, has approved the fundraiser.
